Today was a day of Iconography and infamy. Our first call saw me change my name to Cristol. A surprise to me, but my accent is clearly so hard to understand that when I gave my name to the lady behind the counter, she translated John to Cristol.

If you have any doubt that brands can be in any shape or form, then think of Alcatraz. If you see anything other than something pretty difficult to escape from you’re different to the rest of the world.
