I am a Specialist Brand Experience Director and have been since way before it was cool to call things brands and talk about the experience they deliver. What I do is work with brand owners/managers/directors to get to the root of their brand and then work with them to create the delivery of every aspect of that brand, on brand.
This has included, working with senior teams, in workshops and one to one, to define the vision and values. I often then go onto work with teams to show how their brand can not just be extended, but completely defined and lived through their staff handbooks, merchandise strategy, image strategy and management, food and menu creation and how they can match their brand experience to music, to amplify its effectiveness and emotional power.
What has really been fun in the last few years is taking the brand and then delivering it into social media, so I have created many social media strategies to define how the brand should behave in terms of voice, values and behaviours in every conceivable outlet.
